after a couple unclean reboots, this filesystem became un-mountable.
btrfs check didn't help either. This should be a raid 1 metadata/raid

data volume. I've had this filesystem for several years, but I think
it
was after any major on disk options.
I tend to run a current kernel. I got to 5.2.15 quickly after the
btrfs bug report, and just was switching to 5.2.17 when things died.
I
still have these disks as they are, but will wipe them out tomorrow
and
restore from backups unless someone has any further diagnostics they'd
like me to run.
On a related subject, are there any tips for creating a new
filesystem,
I think I used to specify "-l 16K -n 16K" during mkfs. I'll be
switching to 4kn soon, and but currently using 512e, any notes
regarding
using 4kn disks?
here are some diagnostics:

Well, this transid mismatch looks exactly the bug introduced in
v5.2-rc.
Kernel mount dmesg please, it would help us to determine which tree is
causing the problem.
here it is.

But please keep in mind, we can only salvage data from the fs, not
really fix it to RW mountable status.
I have good backups when the filesystem was mounted. If it is that bug,
should I expect my backups to contain corrupt data?
Thanks,
Ken
