1. Analyst 
University degree.
Exposed to at least 3 modules of one particular product (e.g. BSCS)
Conduct product overview training for new recruits. Familiar with CRM,

Complete at least 3 projects successfully in a Technical Manager role.
Subject matter expert on at least 2 product offerings at company conduct
in-depth product and user training to clients and internal staff takes
initiative to keep up date and maintain awareness of developments in the
industry. Familiar with CRM, billing systems. Prepare to learn quickly,
proactive.
General billing in a mobile environment (highly desired)

deliver a package of work on time and to expected quality, able to
effectively delegate work to vendors (vendors management) or among a team of
at least 2 staff and see the work through to its completion.
Is able to communicate approach, progress and issues clearly with clients
and PMs and implement agreed solutions.

Must be very strong in Unix Platform.

Broad technical knowledge & the demonstrated ability to evaluate new
technologies.

6. Network Security Administrator 
Must be very strong in Unix Platform.
The candidates are more senior compare to Network Engineer and have longer
hours of using Unix. Strong understanding about Network Security.
Have considerable recent experience (2-5 years) in information technology
and security in a large multi platform, interned worked environment and have
comprehensive knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Unix, Windows/NT, Web Server,
VPN, encryption, firewalls and client/server internetworking technologies.
Requires the incumbent to have extensive knowledge of information and
network security and practices and current network monitoring and analysis
tools.

Support Manager (PSM) 
Responsible for providing product support for sales and marketing teams.
Must be able to stand in presence of customers to present detailed product
information together support of sales. Must be able to translate customer
requirements to product specification and be able to define and manage
software development project. Knowledge of software lifecycle is a definite
plus.
