On general comment on the TL objectives, same as to RH: we should use
the current version as reference, but not explicitly mention it in the
objectives: in that case the exam will be obsolete the moment a new
version is published. We should try to keep the objectives somewhat
general and fit for the future, and decide to update them ourselves when
we see significant changes in the distributions.
