Check out GNU wget.  You can get it from any of the GNU mirror sites.  For a
list of mirrors, see here: http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html

The filename is 'wget-1.5.3.tar.gz'.

You can get RPMs at any Red Hat FTP mirror site.
