Yes, you can.
I only have 3 Windows machine, so for each disk in a windows machine  
I add an entry like this:
--- entry starts here ---
adamc      
type:=program;rhost:=adam;rfs:=adamc;mount:="/usr/sbin/smbmount 
smbmount //adam/adamc /a/adam/adamc -f 666 -U os -P password -c 
gal";unmount:="/usr/sbin/smbumount smbumount /a/adam/adamc"
--- entry ends here ---

This is, of course, a one line entry. This is for drive C on a machine 
called adam. The /a/ is the place where all the amd mount directory 
reside. os is the user name to login with and password is the password.
gal is the name of the connecting machine, but it's not important.
