Create a script called "/etc/initscript". If this script exists, then init will
use it to start processes. In it, you can issue whatever ulimit commands you
want before starting the process. It is passed 4 parameters, which are the 4
fields of the inittab entry.

   #!/bin/sh
   identifier="${1}"
   levels="${2}"
   action="${3}"
   process="${4}"

   # Insert whatever you would like to do at this point.

   eval exec "${process}"
