Since few days ago I want to configure my sound card and I having problems.
I have installed RedHat 5.2 and sound card Opt 931 ( Sound Blaster clon ).
When I type sndconfig, I get several screens requesting parameters.
Sound Card Sound Blaster
I/O port 0x220
IRQ 5
DMA 1
I have tested all the ports ( 0x220 and 0x240 ) and all the IRQ's y
definitly I can't do
the card work's, after the configuration the program ( sndconfig ) trie to
make a test
and it send the following message.
the following error occurred running
the modprobe program:
/lib/modules/preferred/misc/sb.o:
init_module: Device or resource busy
sound: Device or resource busy
Someone could say to me what I'm doing wrong ???
