I'm trying to configure remote printing of a Tektronix Phaser560 color
printer on a multiport HP Jetdirect print box. An HP 5si is configured and
functioning properly on the first port of the jetdirect box. I've got it
set up to print to a queue I've labeled as raw1 and the color printer
configured to print to a queue called raw2. After sending a print job to
the color printer and doing a lpc status <printername> I get "waiting for
<jetdirect IP address> to come up". I've attached my printcap entries for
the two printers below. Appreciate any assistance. Note: I configured the
color printer as a text only printer just to test the ability to print to
it.
