secure pages

hello all,


I have a user who is trying to access a site with secure pages and is
told he can't access them.

I'm not quite sure where to look. I'm running apache 1.3, squid 1.1.22,
linux 2.0.36.. could the problem be his internet explorer config or one
of the above (or something else), at my site?
