I need this information as well.  I've got disk quota and process
ACCOUNTING setup but I can't seem to find any information on
CPU Time / Memory consumption / Number of Processes quota support in the
linux kernels.  I would assume this would be a function of the scheduler
but I am unable to find any info on it.
