upgrading ncurses.

Hello, good evening!

I'm using RedHat 5 and I want to upgrade to ncurses 4.
Which is the best (problemless?) way to do it?
I was looking into rpm man to list all programs that need (actual)
ncurses, but I didn't realize how to do it.
