"can't load libXt.so.6"

Has anyone gotten this error trying to ./configure a program:

./program: can't load library 'libXt.so.6'

I've gotten it with both StarOffice 4.0 and Netscape 4.5.
I've checked my libs, my links and reinstalled my rpms but I just can't
figure this one out.
Any ideas?
