Tape drive

Can anyone suggest a good tape drive they know works
with Linux 2.2.x and has a storage capacity of >= 2
gigs uncompressed?

I'm considering the Iomega Ditto Max, is there anything
I should be aware of about this drive, other than its
controller card is ISA PnP?

There doesn't seem to be a lot of high-end tape drive
support for Linux, unless my ftape hardware compatability
list is outdated.
