Considerations:
? Should the modem be external so the user can reset the modem only and
service can resume?
? When talking about administration I want full administrative abilities
including adding, removing users, ISP�s, and other editable attributes.
? Client compatibility with Windows 3.1, 95, 98, NT, Dos, Novel
