Hi Dave,
I don�t think so. Backing up a whole os,
usualy causes a lot of trouble !
I don�t know about the patitions of your harddisk(s),
so I cannot how you do it best. But I use lilo
to boot winnt 4.0 win98 and of course linux, without
problems. But you should take care, that winnt does
not accidentaly "repairs" your mbr.
