Overclocking is one way to do this.  If you overclock a machine, or have
bad ram, gcc sometimes will compile incorrectly, but without any errors.
I've seen things like this before and it's usually fixed by anoter
compile, but it your problem persists, you may want to look into
replaceing your ram/cpu.
