Dennis,
I had a 10-15% oversize on my old video-card.
When I bought a new videocard, $30/4MB memory, that was on the
Linux-list I had a perfect screensize.
I use 'Generic Monitor' from the monitor list. I have a decent monitor
but nothing fancy, and 2 years old.
