I've just completed installation of RH 6.1 on a PC. When I try to connect form my other PC (Win98) via telnet, it takes up to 2 minutes to see the remote login prompt for the subject telnet session. All I do is open a telnet window, open a connection to 192.168.1.1 and ........... wait up to 2 minutes ! Is there any settings that I have missed to speed up this remote telnet connection ?
