Try them both, use which one you like.  It should only cost you a few
dollars to get your hands on the cdroms.

I'm experienced with redhat, haven't done a mandrake install for more
than a year.  Redhat has kickstart, which will allow unattended
installation.  It also has serial console enabled if you pass the
kernel the right parameters at the syslinux boot prompt.
