Need a little help getting ICQ operational after it died a few days ago.
Myself and dialin customers cannot connect to either www.mirabilis.com
or www.icq.com. I get an error saying "cannot determine IP address for
www.icq.com". having rebooted the server, and my client the browser
simply reports that it cannot locate either of the icq websites.

I believe this is a problem with my server since customers are reporting
that they can connect via other servers. The only change I have made to
my servers is to add an additional name server, which I have now backed
out, which did not solve the problem [nor did I think it would].

I have checked the /etc/services file, and 4000/tcp is there. Of course,
getty definitions use proxyarp, not asyncmap, but that doesn't apply to
my lan connection, so....

Where else could I look?

Anyone have an email address for suppport at icq/mirabilis?
