This makes me feel warm all over...
I subscribed to Linux Journal from G T Enterprises earlier this month
and sent them a DD for Rs 2600 a couple of weeks back. Imagine my
dismay today when I logged in to my mail and found that the
subscription rates had gone down to Rs 1995 p.a.!
I need not have paniced -- two messages later was a message from GTE,
telling me that I had a credit of Rs 605 with them due to the
difference in the amounts of the DD I'd sent and the new rates, and an
offer to either return the money or permit me to purchase CDs or other
services from them for the same amount.
Hats off to you, G T Enterprises; I only wish every company in India
worked like you do!
