[linux-delhi] Graphic libraries

hye,
i am developing a c++application . i want to give it a gui .could u suggest a
good toolkit which is easily portable to the win environment ie  my programs
will compile on both linux and windows . i am familiar with qt but do not know
how to port qt based programs to win . any help ???
