LED will nbot sens eth fan movement but only indicateds if power goes to fan or
not.
Motherboards with temp sensors are edxpensive...


How about fixing a tachometer/stroboscope infronyt of fan to sense it's
movemnet.I am sure in today's
silicon technology there must be some sort of chip or sensor that works at
5V/12V with feature to know the
movement..
