fine. i will say this.. start with some existing howto. and go on to modify
it's structure and content to suit your topic. that way you can get a decent
structure and you will also get started. after that post a copy of that
howto to this list (or if u think that you hav done a real bad job, post it
to a few ppl first). Then u can get reviews and inputs from some ppl and u
can incorporate them into the howto.
I think that to start with this shud be enough....
