Hmm, methinks you are cheating on us. Wherever does "bash" come in while
mounting filesystems? And whoever told bash that vfat is supposed to be a
filesystem anyway. Thought it was all "mount"'s job.
Maybe you wanna check your syntax and see if its something like
root@srijan ~]# mount -t vfat /dev/hda? /directory
hmmm... and me thinks u r one of the 2 stupid DOGS...
well holani... try saying mount -tstupid /dev/hdax /dir
the error will be bash:unknown file system stupid
his problem was most probably bcos vfat wasnt precompiled in his kernel ... well the
problem is strange as vfat fs run out of the box for all rh distributions...AFAIK.
