As seen this isnt a very good way of deciding the meets
I suggest that the LUG webmaster setup a page displaying the meet details
and posting just the URL to the list(which is NOT to be replied by anyone)
and if any finds the place/time etc inconvenient then talk to the host
directly...rather than confusing the whole lot.
we already have a poll thing...thanx to someone(i forgot the name)
so lets use it...
you could put any 3 time/date options there which are comfortable for the
host.
and then the majority choses the time/date.
BTW I still dunno about the meet. :((
is it on sunday 11:00 ???
