First of all please specify u want connections coming in or u want to
connect to server with ur linux box.
If u want to connect to another machine the answer is PPP
and if u want to accept connections the answer is again ppp (my question
seems irrelevant)... but here u wud also require a form of getty - mgetty
is a good one.
