Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm new in the list... I've been trying to do a CGI Perl script to monitor the status of diald. It opens a named pipe and sends a monitor command to the control pipe. BUT the flag <force> in the STATUS section doesn't seem to work. Acording to the man page: "The <force> parameter is 1 if in the current state diald wishes to force the link to be up constantly. 2 if it wishes to force the link down constantly, and 0 otherwise" Reading this, I assume that if I send a "block" comand to the control pipe, the force parameter should be 2, and if I send a "force" it should be "1". Is this correct? In my machine the parameter flag is ALWAYS "0". Bug or feature? BTW, I'm using diald 0.16.4 on Redhat 4.2 & kernel 2.1.101...
