What are the "rules" govening connect scripts for diald( e.g. connect "chat -f /etc/ppp/chat")? While I can use dometing like: connect "/usr/sbin/chat -f /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/chat-ppp0" successfully, something like: connect "/usr/sbin/ppp-on" where ppp-on is an executable script like: "usr/sbin/usernetctl /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp0 up" fails. That is diald can't make the connection. Any explanation? thanks, --dick peskin ================================= R. L.
