You can use your ordinary gettys. Diald knows that when it is
told to use a device by diald.login the device is already locked
by the requestor so it just gets on with it. In fact diald.login
goes in to an empty loop immediately after the request because it
has to stay around because it owns the lock, is the user process
listed in utmp etc.
