See /usr/src/linux/Documentation/net/ip_dynaddr.txt or just do an
'echo 5 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_dynaddr' at some point after booting.
I think you can add this line to /etc/rc.d/rc.local on a Red Hat
system to get it executed automatically.
