Dialmon 0.7 Released - Egg on face!

Ooops: a bit of debugging code got left in which generates lots of "status1 0"
messages in /var/log/messages. I've uploaded a fixed version (see
http://www.quaking.demon.co.uk/dialmon.html). If you are using the
source, delete the logging call in status1_rtn.
