I have put the latest version of my patch for diald 0.16.5 at:

This is a patch against the distributed diald 0.16 + patch 0.16.5.
It includes the missing dctrl patch for 0.16.5.
Applying this patch against 0.16.5, should give you a diald that works
with the latest kernels.
It fixes the problem that Juanjo Ciarlante <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
found with sockets not being closed in error returns in patch
diald-0.16.5a.diffs.
