I recently installed pppd and it has been running just fine. Without a
hitch.
Now the other evening, I have no idea what happened but now I can no longer
connect to my ISP. The pppd program runs and makes the connection and I
presume it is a good connection, but when any software I have that tries to
run to interface with the ISP - is rejected. It gets the error [-error-]
137.186.21.2 is not responding'.
In fact this error is exactly the same as if there was no connection!
Does anyone have any ideas what has happened?
