Bad syklogd?

[Radoslav Bali-Jencik]

My diald at 3rd and latter attemp can't start, but when I stop syslogd and
klogd it works fine, Syklogd is 1.3-22 version, diald is 0.16.5 on RH 5.1.
What's wrong ?
