Yeah, switching from 2.0 to 2.2 can make routing "interesting".

Yeah, it *looks* like they are there twice but they are really
different routes. You can only tell the difference if you use the
iproute2 tools from ftp.inr.ac.ru. They aren't documented. The changes
to the routing aren't documented. You have to read the source code
and guess.

  If you are using diald 0.16.x it will get in to problems because
routes it didn't expect appear as if by magic. Diald 0.98.x (from
http://diald.unix.ch) attempts to work round the known wierdness
(which is, apparently, intentional and Correct(tm) :-( ).
