It depends on how you have the network setup behind the diald machine.
If you are using Network Address Translation for the machines behind
the diald box then it will be most difficult to talk to them.  There
is one program however that will let you do port forwarding through a box doing
NAT.

If this is a WAN setup and you are just forwarding the packets through the
diald box then it would be a matter of routing.  It is fairly easy to setup
static routes through linux.  Or you can use RIP (routed).

You will have to explain your configuration more completely.
