I've been running diald since the RedHat 4.2 days and everything has worked just fine... but since installing diald 0.16.5a on two 5.2 boxes it keeps failing after a few days on service! The messages log shows that the chat script is working but pppd fails everytime. Has anyone else had problems with 5.2?
