Wrong. They have to *enable* it :-). Although to be fair if you
enable it you can then disable it again later in the config so
maybe you're right after all...

I had a parental visitation last week :-(, er, :-). I'll try
and lock down diald as it is at the moment and get a Linus style
0.9x release out in the next few days.
