I'm surprised no one has mentioned my all-time favorite RPM repository:

http://rufus.w3.org/linux/RPM/

They have practically every RPM you can imagine, and the site checks the regular 
locations every night and adds new RPMs as they come out.  You can look at the RPM 
index by name, by date the RPM was introduced, by group, or by distribution.  I 
regularly check RPMs by date - to keep up on what is out there.

Very fantastic place to go for RPMs!
