Hi!

I've been a happy 'diald' user for a couple of years. Now I've just have
upgraded to RedHat 6.0 and the new 2.2.x kernel and I struggling to
get 'diald' working again, I love it and it is dead :-( (he was a good
chap!)

So, this is what I did so far:

- Installed the latest diald (0.99.1)
- Recompiled the kernel supporting SLIP and PPP and ETHERTAP
as modules (among other stuff, of course)
- Modified '/etc/conf.modules' to be able to autoload 'tap0'

When I try to start 'diald' with the same configuration I had for
0.16.4-1 I got the following messages from the kernel:

Jun 25 15:37:25 tarkus diald[1639]: keepup parsing error. Got token 'tcp.ssl'. Not a
known tcp service port.
Jun 25 15:37:25 tarkus diald[1639]: parse string: 'tcp 120 tcp.dest=tcp.ssl'

Socket type not supported
Jun 25 15:37:25 tarkus diald[1640]: Diald is dieing with code 1

Any ideas?

If it is not solved yet, any clue where to start?
