For once the documentation seems to be ahead of the code :-).
Actually the code exists, it's just if'd out. If you want to
try it just search for "demasq" in options.c and firewall.c and
remove the #if 0 ... #endif around each occurrence. It does
what the diald man page says it does - if it actually works :-).
