hi i've spent quite same time reading on this but cant solv the problem got a rh52, with pppd, a ppp connection with pap-secrets to my isp working great. but when diald tryies to make the link, the connection goes down a little later has i understood must have, among other things, the next lines in my diald.conf pppd-options name mylogin #mylogin is defined in pap-secrets file local 192.168.1.1 remote 192.168.1.200 dynamic defaultroute does anyone have an idea to solv my prob?? thanks inte rui - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-diald" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
