If you used a diald rpm you should already have a /etc/rc.d/init.d/diald
script; make it active (if you use rh "chkconfig diald on").
If you didn't, then either write a diald init script, using another one as an
example, or add the call to diald at the end of /etc/rc.d/rc.local.
The same is true for forwarding.

/etc/hosts file.
