Hi, I recently installed Redhat 6.0, configured IP masquerading (for ppp0) and diald (16-5a.) to automatically initiate outbound www connection requests coming from my private network (192.168.x.x) Everything works fine when I initially force the connection up with dctrl. However, I'm unable to get diald to automatically recognize www requests (note: I checked my etc/services and it looks fine per the diald FAQ) and initiate the dialing when packets originate from the private network. Netscape requests initiated on the Linux server work okay. My diald.conf has defaultroute set. Any suggestions on where to look for the problem? I'm sure this is a common problem but I haven't found an answer to it posted anyway.
