do you think it's samba or the SMB client? i haven't had time to check
really.
yes, i too thought that 'dns-proxy no' would do it, but no... short of
hacking the samba code... ;)
i've also noticed Win95b clients looking for ALL-ROUTERS.MCAST.NET,
SYMKRNLE.VXD and all sorts of such rubbish...
anyone? this is quite annoying...
