try tcpdump*.rpm on your RH CD-ROM (/mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS).
alternatively, you can get a copy of tcpdump from any redhat ftp mirror.
try searching for tcpdump-3.4a5-3.i386.rpm (i run rh5.1/2.0.36 here, and
that package works fine). if you get the RPM from the 'net, at least run
rpm -K on it, or even better, get PGP and RH's PGP sig, and verify it
that way. call me paranoid, but i think it's worth it :)
do you run apache with proxy_module ? that might be the proxy trying
doggedly to fetch a web page for a client that's already quit.
