Redhat 6.0 Using oing or ftp to bring up the diald link results in a
process that hangs forever without completing. Even the ping never
times out. You have to kill the process.
Is this a feature? How can I work around it. Short of warping these
commands in scripts that send SIGUSR1 to diald?

useless extension to a minor patch release for 32-bit extensions and
