dial at startup

Hi,

A minor problem.

Everytime I start upp my Win98 client my Linux-diald dials out.

But if I start any of my Linux clients (or boot my Win98 client to Linux)
then diald does not dial out.

What does Win98 do that Linux does not at boot (actually Login, "NT login"
_without_ NT-domain).
