Computer Dialing Out

Hi,
Does anyone know what would cause the linux machien to dial out?  I do NOT
have netbeui or ipx/spx installed only tcp/ip and file/printer shareing.
Any ideas?  My machine is no longer dialing out at every 11 minutes ehhehe
that was NETBeui.. but it still dials out for un known reasons maybe twice
a day.
